Slamacow! That was tops! Who's not good at math? I was all, "Four!"

I hope someone gets what the title is referring to...

Isn't my math book just wonderfully glorious?  My hands aren't even shaking the camera and the cover is still blurry!  And I think the tears and white-out splot gives it a nice touch.

Woah an actual picture of me (without my face)!!!  Yeah so basically this outfit is inspired by my textbook... sorry for the horrible lighting and in-your-face flash.  Anyways, the sweater is more purple in person and my shorts are more pink too.  I wish my shorts were longer though.  I guess that's what happens when you grow.

So... I didn't show any shoes, which are arguably, the very most important part of an outfit.  I'll probably wear my gray chucks.   Off topic, but I can never see why gray is spelled gray.  I started typing "grey" at first.  To me, grey looks way better and for some reason embodies the color much better (yeah I'm weird).  It wasn't until last year that I learned that only Americans spell it with an "a" instead of an "e".

Sweater: old ; Shirt: Madewell ; Shorts: J. Crew

OH by the way, I've succumbed to Tumblr land:

SCHOOL STILL SUCKS but hey I made a binder cover!

I made this binder cover for my Journalism and Pre-Calc.  Yeah it could use some work but I needed to make something fast because my parents were yelling at me.  :D

Ode to Camo Guy

So there's this sophomore guy at my school who wears camo pants, shirts, hats, jackets... you name it (and he does this every single day)!    In honor of him, and the fall season, I present a few camo looks:

SCHOOL KIND OF SUCKS

Yeah... today (as in Wednesday) was my first day of school.  For some reason, I don't feel excited as I usually do at the beginning of school... is it because I'm afraid I'll turn into a grumpy, stressed, junior?

I'm trying hard not to worry so much since it's only the first freakin' day, which is so hard for me since I'm the champion of worrying and anxiety!  Good thing goggling at brilliant outfits is somewhat therapeutic for me.

Here are some of my school outfit inspirations:

PS:  I bought the Madewell denim shirt from the last post.  Yeah I know it was a splurge and I could probably find it elsewhere for a quarter of the price... but I felt like I needed to treat myself for all of this SAT practice and I bought it with my own money. ;) (AKA I'll find any excuse to purchase something that I really really really want.)

Wistful Thinking :: It's Almost Fall

Oh lord.  In exactly two weeks, I will be entering 11th grade.  Lord, how will I survive?  I don't know how to juggle work, golf team, adjusting to being a staff writer at our school's newspaper, and studying for the SATs, which I will take on October 6th.  In the mean time, I've come up with a quick (Back to School??) wish list even though I should be in bed right now because I have a tournament tomorrow morning.  I think I get an A+ for procrastination no wait durhp I should get a gold medal actually... haha get it?  Because the Olympics are going on?  Okay now I sound like some delirious uncle who cracks the worst jokes.

PS:  Does anyone know where I can find a great, vintage, rock band tee?  I love this jewelled necklace and band tee combination (minus the cigarette):

Months and months ago, I covered my teachers' styles.  Since school time is inevitably sneaking up on us, I decided to compile some of my favorite street style outfits that I'd love to see my teachers in!

Faces have been popping up in street style, luxury designer pieces, and in affordable clothing stores.  Wear clothing with whole faces or pieces with just random eyes or lips.
